The individual attention given on each debtor contact, and the extra effort we devote, has enabled us to more than double our industry’s average recovery ratio - year after year. We provide this service on a contingency fee basis - no collection - no charge.

LITIGATION-BY-ASSIGNMENT:
Illinois Statutes allow legal action to be filed in the name of Collection Professionals, Inc., rather than in the name of the client. We are able to group all of the accounts on an individual debtor, into one course of action enabling us to collect many small balance accounts. Collection Professionals, Inc. provides the attorney and advances all court costs. Clients have no additional expenses and our services are provided based on the previously mentioned contingency fee. |

EARLY OUT PROGRAMS:
Based on client needs, Collection Professionals, Inc. will develop a program in which our office will act as your billing agent. The program can reduce your internal costs while maintaining the client-patient relationship. Earlier out means lower fees. We have also developed a pre-collect letter series to motivate a debtor into a positive action. The creditor pays a nominal per account flat fee – but retains 100% of all monies generated by the service. |

INSURANCE FOLLOW-UP:
Are you frustrated with how long insurance companies take to remit, even on “clean claims?”Does it seem as if your money is being held for their benefit? CPI can help. Our program provides direct follow-up with the insurance carrier. In addition, we will gently urge the insured to contact their agent to request resolution of the claim. |
